yes their job is to take over where the congress and senate are to start. well at least obama has done one good thing, he has limited the power of your elected officials in both houses and put all the power into one white house if that is even a good thing. he's led use to believe pelosi and her socialist group were writing all this crap [stimulus bill, pork bill, cap & trade bill, and death care bills] all the while people like van jones and the others have their fingerprints all over this shit. imagine that. what are we paying our elected officials for? we are paying them to say yea or nay. each official gets paid more, i believe than obama. not counting the money pocketed by them from all the companies getting bailouts-to-fail scheme.
