Tyler Technologies Forms being used to assess business property; rental and others.

I have a difficult time understanding why the prosperity of a business has anything to do with the value of the property or does the business prosperity act as a guide for property value such as when it is high tax valuation goes up and when business is poor tax valuations go down. I would believe the up side but I find the down side unlikely.

I see that they promise that none of the information will be leaked or turned over to anybody but I find that unlikely because it seems to me that whenever pressure is applied that it would be easier to turn over my information than to make enemies of those in power namely judges, law enforcement and the local and State governments.

I also noticed that the request appears to be a voluntary request. It reads: "As part of this process we are requesting property income and expense information."
