It seems that the new mail lady wants to change mail box locations and really does not want to deliver where she must turn around her cart.

I checked with the post master of the Vincennes Post Office and was assured that the mail lady does not have the authority to force the change of location of any mail boxes unless it is a hazard for her; also she is also starting to push the idea that she may not come down some dead end streets and the people will be required to go to the Bicknell Post Office to retrieve their mail; this is also not in her job description. The Vincennes Post Master told me that if the mail lady does not want to drive down a dead end street she can walk.

The post delivery is required and outside of danger to her she must deliver. The Vincennes Post Master told me that he will be calling the Bicknell Post Master to discuss the US mail requirements for delivery.
