Gary Goodwin

Bicknell City Attorney, Kerry Currier, is representing Gary Goodwin.

A special judge has been requested. Sherry Gregg has not made a decision if she will accept the case.

TJ Brink (republican party) has asked Gary Goodwin 3 times to resign, but has not received a response.

case

if the lawyer takes the case, who is paying for it the city of bicknell?

she is to work for us here in bicknell, not in another county.

let him get his own lawyer, and pay for it, after all he has the dough to do it, or is spending more of bicknells money better, yeah thats it, we go without better roads, which they patch a hole with stone, and the rain wases it away, yep thats a good fixed road..

but never the less, we need someone to come in and check things out. if i did not own my home, i'd be gone.

am i just stupid or something?

I must be just stupid or something.

Is it a conflict if the attorney for the city represents a city councilman who is accused for fiscal misconduct in his job, and could well be accused of the same for the city he represented?

I must just be stupid but with the city in such a state of termoil, I would think it would be smart if the city officials stayed out of the problems of its own members.

He is a part of the present and the past administrations.

Now he has his own problems and the city attorney comes to his aid!

How can that be right?

If the mayor or his family has problems, is the city attorney going to represent them also?

I guess I need to run for office to have legal help.

It's just part of

It's just part of history.

After all when Mayor Trowbridge filed a protective order against a citizen, preventing them from entering city hall or the swimming pool (because at the time Judy Trowbridge worked there), it was Kerry Currier that handled that for Mr. & Mrs. Trowbridge.

So my question is: Are OUR tax dollars paying the city attorney's salary to represent the city, or to help fund the private problems of the administration also?

I added to this message

I added "S" to it and I added "members" at the end as it appeared to be a type o; if it is incorrect please let me know and I will change it.

This is the part that I made changes in.
