she is to work for us here in bicknell, not in another county.
let him get his own lawyer, and pay for it, after all he has the dough to do it, or is spending more of bicknells money better, yeah thats it, we go without better roads, which they patch a hole with stone, and the rain wases it away, yep thats a good fixed road..
but never the less, we need someone to come in and check things out. if i did not own my home, i'd be gone.

Is it a conflict if the attorney for the city represents a city councilman who is accused for fiscal misconduct in his job, and could well be accused of the same for the city he represented?
I must just be stupid but with the city in such a state of termoil, I would think it would be smart if the city officials stayed out of the problems of its own members.
He is a part of the present and the past administrations.
Now he has his own problems and the city attorney comes to his aid!
How can that be right?
If the mayor or his family has problems, is the city attorney going to represent them also?

After all when Mayor Trowbridge filed a protective order against a citizen, preventing them from entering city hall or the swimming pool (because at the time Judy Trowbridge worked there), it was Kerry Currier that handled that for Mr. & Mrs. Trowbridge.
So my question is: Are OUR tax dollars paying the city attorney's salary to represent the city, or to help fund the private problems of the administration also?
