My mother passed a short time ago and her children whom I am one of looked for her will for a couple of days with no success so my sister decided to get in touch with James P. Levell Attorney because this office was the one that helped our parents when they were making out their wills several years ago.
My sister called James P. Levell's office actually to ask the secretary if the law office had any copies but the secretary promptly forwarded her call to
James P. Levell who promptly went into his best sales mold attempting to, I guess, get himself hired to handle what he perceived as a legal matter in dispersement of private property.
My sister informed him that the family was not having any problems handling everything themselves as our mother had everything completely laid out item by item so she could see no reason to hire an attorney at this time; he pushed the sale just a little bit farther and my sister told him that she could see no reason to pay an attorney, at least not at this time.
Mr. James P. Levell Attorney told her “then why did you call me” and promptly hung up on her so she never did get to tell him what she had called him about.
Well as everything turned out OK as the will was found a couple days later and things are just fine in that department and James P. Levell is apparently still an ass.

Mr. James P. Levell
My name is Suetta Stanczak, French and I had the honor of meeting Mr James P. Levell last week over the phone and I have to say that I am not impressed with the manners that this man has, or maybe I should say the manners he forgets to use.
As John stated, we lost our Mother on the 13TH of Feb. and I was in the process of taking care of the legal things but I was not able to locate the my Mothers will, I remembered that she said that both her and Dad had gone to Gillie and Levell to have the will made up, so I assumed that since they had paid for the will it would belong to the estate and I should be able to get at least a copy, so I called the Levell office and spoke to the receptionist and told her that I was going to be in town and ask if I could pick up the will, she put me on hold and then in a few seconds Mr levell came on the line, I told him the same story and he said that I needed and attorney, I said that I was sure that I didn't need one and he assured me that I did, I then told him that I knew just what was in the will because my parents had been telling me what the will said for many years but I still would like to have at least a copy,
Mr levell still insisted that I needed an attorney and at that time I told him that I did not want or need to pay an attorney and that is when he said that I did not need to talk to him and hung up on me!
Now, I never once ask to speak to Mr Levell and as far as I am concerned he can keep the copy of the wills to fill up his files because later I did run across them and I am doing every thing just as Mother and Dad requested me to do.
