For those of you who didn't attend you missed a really fun evening with lots of laughs and a wide variety of dances. Not really enough to do long line contras well we did couples mixers a lot and even did the Electric Slide for the benefit of most of our dancers who didn't know it. Also swing practice and even a short

session of 'name that tune'. We did Gay Gordons Mixer (American Promenade), Barn Dance, Heel and Toe Polka, and more.

Our next dance will be on March 26th with a 50s and 60s Music Party starting at 6 (Six) pm for one hour prior to dance practice at 7 pm. This is a change from our two hour sessions which seemed to start a little too early for most folks. Mark it down, bring some music if you like as well as something to snack on as some may be missing supper.

Don't think we are getting away from full blown contra dances, they are great fun and that is always our goal for our group.
